The Ferti-Dose Controller is simple to operate, and allows the a single operator to accurately
batch, blend and dose fertilizer, trace elements, bio-stimulants and other products.
It can be used as a stand-alone unit, or pair with the Ferti-Drive for proportional dosing, or can
integrated with external equipment or control systems.

How it works
Batching Function
- Tank Filling
- Select tank full or use the autofill system to deliver a metered amount in the blending tank.
- > Full - Fills the tank to the max sensor level.
- > Sensor - Fills the tank to the movable slide sensor setting used with calibrated tanks will deliver a metered amount onto the tank.
- Blending
- Select the in-tank mixer or booster pump to blend the product and keep in suspension ready for injection, bending function will run until the low level sensor is activated or the remote signal stops.
Dosing Function
> Manual - The injection pump can be run manually and will inject the entire contents of the tank, system will shut off once the low level sensor is reached.
> Remote - Start/stop the injection pump with a remote signal from an irrigation controller or other external system, the low-level sensor will stop system on tank empty.
Unit can be paired with the Ferti-Drive pump controller for proportional dosing applications.
